- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Edge Computing, Decentralized Systems) and assess their viability for immediate implementation.
- Manage critical vendor relationships and ensure the procurement of cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles and product delivery.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical project management.
- Proven track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and their real-world applications in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or PMP are highly desirable.
