Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and futuristic software systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to prototype and deploy breakthrough solutions.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Generative AI, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Establish best practices for security, privacy, and ethical AI usage in a forward-looking environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with next-gen frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations or large-scale product launches.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and their practical applications in enterprise settings.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
