Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI frameworks for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on generative models and predictive analytics.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in emerging technologies, publishing findings and contributing to open-source communities to drive industry innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision.
- Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture with a focus on AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of innovation and the ability to think strategically about future technological trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
