Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning architectural strategy with business goals.
- Design high-availability, distributed systems that leverage AI and machine learning integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Advanced NLP, Edge Computing) into the existing ecosystem.
- Establish security and scalability best practices to future-proof our infrastructure against evolving threats.
- Act as the technical liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong background in implementing AI/ML pipelines and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
