Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
