Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 enterprise architecture, ensuring scalability and security.

- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and code audits to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Represent the company as a thought leader in the technology community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their integration into large-scale systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
