Responsibilities
- Architect and define the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and future milestones.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum Readiness) for business integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leads to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical blueprints.
- Lead research initiatives into future market disruptions and emerging industry standards.
- Oversee the feasibility and risk assessment of pilot projects targeting the 2026 release cycle.
- Establish a culture of innovation within the engineering department, fostering creativity and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic technology planning, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact innovation initiatives and delivering future-state roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, including AI ethics, blockchain, and next-gen computing.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
