Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously research, evaluate, and prototype next-generation technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to identify viable use cases.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance system architectures that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological agility.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-proofed architectures adhere to rigorous security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future Tech: Strong background in AI/ML integration, big data analytics, and understanding of quantum computing paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving digital transformation and leading long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
