Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement cutting-edge machine learning architectures specifically optimized for the high-performance demands of 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and 3-year roadmap for our AI product suite, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against emerging tech shifts.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks to achieve superior inference speeds and efficiency.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and ethical considerations in autonomous AI systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture or senior data science roles.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Rust, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Vision: Deep understanding of emerging trends including AGI, Edge AI, and the integration of Quantum Computing in ML pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative technical solutions and architectural foresight.
