Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- Prototyping & R&D: Spearhead experimental projects to validate new paradigms in human-computer interaction and autonomous decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and quantum physicists to translate abstract concepts into tangible products.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to safeguard neural data and proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and large-scale distributed applications.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about future trends and adapt quickly to technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
