Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Pilot New Technologies: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into our existing infrastructure.
- System Scalability: Ensure our platforms can handle exponential growth and complex data loads efficiently.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers in best practices for cloud-native development and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations for latency and throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust. Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI integration, Blockchain, or IoT ecosystems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional is a plus.
