Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and zero-trust networks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on future computing paradigms
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Certification in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
