Qualifications

- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and API ecosystems

- Certification in emerging technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure Innovation tracks)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in cybersecurity and resilience planning
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science or related field preferred
