Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 10+ years experience in distributed systems architecture
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML or quantum computing journals
- Expertise in homomorphic encryption and post-quantum cryptography
- Proficiency in neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Loihi)
- Track record of deploying systems handling >10M transactions/sec
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and global tech policy
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages
