Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready objectives
- Design and prototype innovation frameworks for client implementation
- Produce foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies against market readiness
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for long-term strategy execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused business strategies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with agile and design thinking frameworks
