Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision across product, market, and operational domains
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on industry evolution and disruption scenarios
- Build financial models for long-term strategic initiatives with 5-year ROI projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable business models
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategy implementations
