Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological convergence
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate vision into executable R&D priorities
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term innovation initiatives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation task forces
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Drive scenario planning for global market disruptions and geopolitical shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their market applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
