Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, sustainable technologies, and market disruption
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early-mover advantages
- Design and implement KPI systems for measuring long-term strategic outcomes
- Lead workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, finance, and operations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or advanced degree in relevant field
