Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership with tech companies
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, climate tech)
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders
