Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technology capabilities with business growth strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) with high ROI potential.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business goals into technical execution plans.
- Monitor global tech trends and competitor innovations to proactively adapt our strategy.
- Communicate complex technical visions to C-level stakeholders and non-technical teams alike.
- Oversee the lifecycle of strategic pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of building and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI integration, and enterprise digital transformation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
