Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for the next fiscal year, identifying key milestones in product development and market expansion.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies, regulatory shifts, and global market disruptions to proactively position Nova Horizon Systems for growth.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal initiatives and cross-functional research projects focused on Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3 technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to align technical capabilities with broader organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex strategic concepts into clear, compelling narratives for C-level executives and external investors.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies that drive scalability and reduce time-to-market for new features.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within the SaaS/Tech sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trajectories and translate them into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), and emerging tech stacks.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading diverse teams and managing high-stakes projects from conception to delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
