Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and deployment of advanced predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
- Identify emerging trends in Generative AI and Spatial Computing to integrate into product pipelines.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI usage.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
