We are seeking a visionary Future-Ready AI & Spatial Computing Lead to join Vertex Dynamics. You will define the technical roadmap for our next-generation platforms, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
In this role, you won't just manage code; you will shape how humans interact with the digital world. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and designers to build scalable, ethical, and cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating Generative AI and Spatial Computing (AR/VR) into core product ecosystems.
- Technical Leadership: Architect scalable, high-performance systems that handle real-time data processing and immersive rendering.
- Team Management: Mentor and grow a diverse team of software engineers and AI researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping & R&D: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Process Optimization: Implement DevOps best practices and agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine for spatial computing is highly desirable.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in the AI or spatial computing space; ready to pioneer the 2026 tech landscape.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
