Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced machine learning models specifically designed for quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the Research & Development strategy for next-generation neural network architectures and hybrid algorithms.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for low-latency, high-throughput performance in distributed cloud systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into scalable production infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in AI, quantum mechanics, and edge processing.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with company strategic goals for the 2026 timeframe.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with quantum simulators (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems that handle massive data throughput.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
