Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling the data loads of 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Forecasting: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., AGI safety, Neuromorphic computing, Quantum-AI integration) to stay ahead of industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role focusing on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
