Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Pioneering R&D: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into user-centric applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI fairness, transparency, and accountability to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA) and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
