Responsibilities
Architect and deploy next-generation AI models designed for 2026 scalability and resilience.Bridge the gap between theoretical quantum research and practical, high-performance AI application.Lead a diverse team of engineers in creating autonomous decision-making systems for enterprise solutions.Ensure ethical AI governance, bias mitigation, and safety protocols in all neural architectures.Collaborate with product stakeholders to define the roadmap for post-silicon computing and edge intelligence.Optimize deep learning frameworks for real-time inference on distributed hardware.Establish best practices for MLOps and continuous integration in a futuristic cloud environment.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or system design.Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern neural network architectures.Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
