Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for AI evolution leading up to the 2026 target date.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum integration.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that bridge current technologies with futuristic paradigms.
- Mentor and guide a high-performance engineering team in adopting cutting-edge methodologies.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate 2026 visions into tangible, deployable software solutions.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and quantum simulation tools.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
