Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks capable of autonomous decision-making and real-time learning.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, bridging the gap between current capabilities and future necessities.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing Web 4.0 protocols and decentralized AI governance models.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithmic efficiency for next-gen processors.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, explainable machine learning (XAI), and data sovereignty.
- Drive innovation in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) using gesture and voice recognition systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture with a specific focus on AI/ML and deep learning.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed system design.
