Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our next-generation machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect Advanced Models: Design and implement complex deep learning architectures, including Generative AI and Multimodal models, optimized for high-performance computing.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI systems with legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs or Generative AI products to production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize model latency and accuracy.
