Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) components into our core infrastructure.
- Architect Quantum-Ready Systems: Design scalable cloud architectures that are optimized for future quantum processing capabilities.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in writing clean, secure, and high-performance code.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum algorithms is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
