Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 workforce roadmap, aligning human capital strategies with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks to ensure responsible technology adoption.
- Design flexible work models and hybrid strategies that maximize productivity and employee well-being.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or Future of Work consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and the implications of generative AI on the workforce.
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
