Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or policy within the technology sector.

- Proven track record of leading organizational change management initiatives.
- Experience drafting white papers or thought leadership on Future of Work topics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
