- Lead cross-functional workshops to define future-ready skills and talent models.
- Advise leadership on hybrid work models, employee experience, and cultural evolution.
- Pilot and scale innovative work practices to increase productivity and engagement.
- Monitor global labor market trends to ensure our talent strategy remains competitive.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, operations, or human resources with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps (3-5 years) for large-scale organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience integrating AI and automation into business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in Strategy, Business Analytics, or Organizational Psychology.
