Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology & Organizational Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Automation into core business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Design future-ready organizational structures that support remote-first and hybrid work models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify digital transformation opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor global technology trends (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of technology adoption and workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, organizational development, or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Automation technologies and their business applications.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-level.
- Experience in building scalable infrastructure for a distributed workforce.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
