The Role
We are looking for a thought leader who understands the macroeconomic shifts and technological advancements that will define the mid-2020s. You will be responsible for overseeing our internal transformation, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and mindsets necessary to thrive in an automated future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap focusing on AI integration and workforce evolution.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the adoption of Generative AI and automation tools to enhance productivity.
- Analyze emerging market trends (including Web3 and Spatial Computing) to forecast future workforce needs.
- Design and implement a culture of continuous learning and adaptability across all departments.
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training programs to upskill employees for the skills gap of 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their practical business applications.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
