Responsibilities

- Oversee the development of proprietary machine learning frameworks and neural network architectures.

- Define technical standards and mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and advanced AI development.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI systems from concept to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
