Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present visionary strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
- Measure KPIs for innovation ROI and portfolio diversification
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or future technology planning
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience with horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
