- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate feasibility and commercial viability of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor future-facing initiatives
- Document innovation frameworks and methodologies for organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their market applications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) strongly preferred
