Job Description
Are you ready to architect the technology that will define the world in 2026 and beyond? Nexus Horizon Labs is at the forefront of the next industrial revolution. We are looking for a visionary AI & Robotics Systems Architect to lead our core infrastructure team.
In this role, you won't just maintain legacy systems; you will build the neural foundations for autonomous agents, predictive logistics, and sentient interfaces. We are seeking a technologist who thrives on ambiguity and possesses the foresight to engineer solutions for the year 2026.
Join a culture that prioritizes radical innovation, ethical AI development, and world-changing impact. If you are ready to leave a mark on the future, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural network architectures designed to operate seamlessly in the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on deep learning, reinforcement learning, and embodied AI to advance our product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineering and product teams to integrate AI models into physical and digital robotics platforms.
- Optimize Edge Computing: Develop algorithms that minimize latency and maximize efficiency for real-time decision-making in autonomous environments.
- Define Technical Strategy: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for our rapidly expanding engineering team.
- Validate Ethical AI: Ensure all 2026 roadmap systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding bias, transparency, and safety.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Experience Level: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends and adapt legacy systems to new paradigms (e.g., quantum computing integration, neuromorphic chips).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
