Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation autonomous agents capable of complex decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Lead the research and development of predictive algorithms to forecast market trends and user behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for our AI capabilities leading up to the 2026 product launch.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and high-scale data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term strategic architecture.
