Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to integrate into our core platform by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers.
- Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for novel algorithms and neural architectures.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
