Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clearly communicate value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaign materials.
- Track customer interactions and update our CRM system accurately for reporting.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience necessary; we provide full paid training and mentorship.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Must have reliable transportation for client site visits and local travel.
