Responsibilities
- Develop new business through strategic cold calling, networking events, and digital prospecting
- Present product demos to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ close rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast accurately
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions and competitive analysis workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years B2B sales experience including internships or campus roles
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in target-driven environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
