As a Sales Professional at Apex Growth Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct outreach, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. We provide comprehensive training and a clear path for advancement for those who are willing to work hard.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the local Jacksonville market to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Expansion: Actively contribute to the expansion of our market presence in Northeast Florida.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday, occasional evenings).
