Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
