What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through your enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Learn and demonstrate deep knowledge of our products to effectively answer customer questions and offer solutions.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs, driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Build rapport with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional, for field marketing tasks).
