Responsibilities

- Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for candidates eager to learn and willing to put in the effort; prior sales experience is not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Local Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based in San Francisco.

- Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
