Responsibilities
- Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Present tailored solutions to clients that meet their specific business needs and goals.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Document all customer interactions and sales data accurately in our CRM system.
- Attend weekly team meetings, training sessions, and company events to stay aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional local client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
