Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers entering the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed product information to drive sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior sales experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Reliable transportation.
